The Cover

The EcoAir cover is organic, breathable, waterproof and washable!  Brentwood starts with an organic cotton cover.  Cotton is one of the softest, most breathable and most comfortable fabrics available. It’s cool, wicks moisture and, better still, is more sustainable.  The cover is over a layer of REPREVE® recycled polyester made from 14 water bottles, with a stuffing yarn made from REPREVE® and recycled polyester.

Fire Retardant Layer

Brentwood Home uses natural silica as its fire retardant.  Natural hydrated silica, derived from silica (silicon dioxide) is an abundant compound that forms about 12% of the Earth’s surface.  There are absolutely no chemical or fiberglass fire retardants used.

Core Layer

EcoAir features a recyclable, lightweight, food-grade PETE core that’s 90% air for worry-free sleep. Two-stage, dual-density design for infants and toddlers.

Washable EVERYTHING!

Every piece of the EcoAir crib mattress is removable and washable.  Accidents are expected, and Brentwood wants to make it easy.  Simply unzip the cover and throw it in the wash.  And, rinse and wash the core.  Once dry, zip it all back up and you have a completely clean and refreshed crib mattress.

Does it Sleep Cool?

Yes! Feeling cool at night is all about feeling dry. And EcoAir has two primary ways it keeps your little on cool and dry.  First, the cover is made from a breathable and highly wicking organic cotton.  Second, EcoAir is literally 90% air!  The support core is made from food quality recycled plastic with incredible airflow.  The combination keeps heat away from our little one.  And finally, the firm surface keeps your child sleeping “on top” of the mattress allowing for further airflow promotion.
